Charlton Live App — Support

Got a question or problem with the Charlton Live app? We’re happy to help.

• Notifications: turn alerts for live shows, new episodes, player ratings and announcements on or off in the app under settings.
• Offline listening: download episodes from the episode screen to play without a connection. If a download stalls, check your connection and try again.
• Player ratings: rate players out of 10 during the ratings window after each match; your scores feed the fan averages.
• Delete my data:remove everything we hold about you any time via Settings → Delete my data.
• Contact us:** use the form on this page, or email privacy@charltonlive.uk. We aim to reply within a few days.
