Well eyes down here we go, our first chance to see Chris Powell’s new signings in action, the traditional curtain raiser versus Welling Utd, and by all accounts we pretty much all the first team players will get 45 minutes, with the exception of Alonso, whose season in Spain finished later than ours, so he will meet up with the team when they arrive in Spain.

Charlton Live will be at the game getting interviews with the boss and players, but we are unable to bring live commentary from this game, but certainly hope to for the games at Millwall, Aldershot and Woking, more news on that to follow soon.
